Gregg Leakes, the husband of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” actress NeNe Leakes, passed away from cancer on September 1, 2021. He was 66 years old at the time. Gregg went away “at his home, surrounded by all of his children, very close loved ones, and his wife,” according to a representative for the couple. Gregg was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2018 but was declared cancer-free after undergoing chemotherapy for six months. NeNe, on the other hand, announced in June 2021 that her husband’s cancer had resurfaced.

Charlie Watts, the drummer for the Rolling Stones, died on August 24, 2021, at a London hospital. He was 80 years old at the time. In early August, the musician withdrew from the band’s rescheduled US tour following the completion of an unidentified but “totally successful” medical treatment. His death was announced by a representative who described Charlie as “a beloved husband, father, and grandfather.” He was also described as “one of the greatest drummers of his generation,” according to the spokesperson.
