Olympia Dukakis, Hollywood’s favorite late bloomer best known for her Academy Award-winning performance in the 1987 film “Moonstruck,” died on May 1 at the age of 89, according to her family. A relative of former Massachusetts Gov. Michael Dukakis passed away at her home in New York City on Monday, April 15.

At the age of 66, John Paragon, best known for his role as the blue-faced genie Jambi on the television show “Pee-Playhouse,” wee’s passed away in April. According to TMZ, his death was verified in June, however, no official cause of death has been disclosed.
