We regret making this prediction, but it came true years after it was announced on the show. Lunchlady Doris is seen in one clip adding horse meat to the lunches served at the elementary school. Unfortunately, this foreboding prophecy came true in 2013. Horse flesh was identified in a variety of beef products by health officials. Yuck!

“Itchy and Scratchy,” a show within a show that contains some explicit elements. In keeping with this theme, The Simpsons used a bloody billboard to promote Itchy & Scratchy: The Movie. One billboard was placed on the well-known Kill Bill Vol. Streets. Blood splatters cover the pavement in both locations. We can’t help but believe that The Simpsons’ creators know something we don’t.
