The property is a hidden gem in Toronto’s Old Mill neighborhood and flippers Gladys and Carla Spizzirri managed to get hold of it. The pair is successful at renovating houses, which are later sold for a good price. However, the sisters were still not sure of how well Joyce’s home would do in the market. They did not expect to discover a treasure trove of various historical artifacts that would sell for more than their expectations. They were totally shocked to find a historic and beautiful home when they imagined a messy and dilapidated house.

It is undeniable that Joyce’s house is a special place – an impressive piece of architecture that deserves a spot in history. We are pretty sure that the new owners, just like everyone who had seen the house, were inspired by how Joyce maintained the home and preserved its minute details. The property was in good hands for 72 years, so hopefully, the next set of people that live there can do what Joyce did. Much to the realtors’ surprise, the home did not need any remodeling or renovation at all as it was in great condition.
