Gladys and Carla started to imagine what the property could look like and they started to get worried. They thought that it was not possible for someone that old to be able to maintain a house in great condition for a very long time. Seventy years is not a joke and many people tend to hold on to junk. The sisters expected to find a house that needed serious renovation and remodeling, which requires a lot of money and effort. However, things changed when they entered the house.

The real estate duo had to handle another setback. Joyce seemed to have changed her mind. She began to struggle with letting go of her beloved home. Who could blame her? It can be difficult to come to terms with the idea of someone else living in a house where you have lived for decades and created a lot of memories. For us, this was pretty understandable. Nobody will want to leave the house where they have lived for most of their lives.
